Develop or Enhance Your PIF

The Program Information Form is the cornerstone of meeting the ACGME requirements for your Program to obtain full accreditation. From PIF analysis, preparation and presentation to the actual site visit, our Senior Associate, Dr. Catherine Henderson, can provide skilled, hands-on guidance throughout the PIF process.

Here is a sample of the areas where Catherine can assist you:

• Assist in the development of first draft of PIF with all attachments
• Review program policies and procedures for compliance and provide recommendations
• Review all ACGME letters and correspondence
• Review all reports submitted to the ACGME
• Review affiliation agreements and letters of agreement for compliance
• Review current compliance with the general competencies requirements
• Recommend additions, deletions, revisions and assist with changes and revisions
